Mayor Reynan S. Calo personally monitored the tree trimming operation conducted along the Eco Park areas of Barangay San Isidro and Barangay San Juan.
The activity was carried out with an official permit from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO). As stated in the permit, the purpose of the operation is to prevent possible injuries or accidents caused by falling tree branches during typhoons and strong winds.
Special thanks to the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) who led the operations, Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRM), Mayor’s Office Support Group (MOSG), General Utility Services (GUS) Group, PNP Sta. Rita, and personnel from the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF).
Through this effort, the Bayung Santa Rita Administration continues to prioritize the safety and welfare of every Ritenian while maintaining environmental responsibility and preparedness.
