The Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) of the Municipality of Santa Rita recorded an overall score of 87.71%, earning an “Ideal” rating or the Highest Level of Functionality in the 2026 Functionality Assessment, in line with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-039.
Under the leadership of Mayor Reynan S. Calo, the Municipality continues to implement programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at promoting and protecting the welfare of children.
This recognition affirms the commitment of the local government to building a community where every child is safe, protected, and given opportunities to grow.
