Santa Rita Hosts Pampanga HR Practitioners’ Monthly Meeting

Santa Rita proudly hosted this month’s meeting of the Human Resource Management Practitioners of Pampanga LGUs, Inc. (HRMPPI), an association of HR heads and managers from different cities and municipalities across the province.

Held at Alviz Farm in Brgy. San Agustin, the event allowed the municipality to showcase one of its local gems while providing a relaxing space for discussion and collaboration.

Mayor Reynan S. Calo welcomed the province’s HR leaders and expressed his appreciation for the important role of human resource management in strengthening public service. He also emphasized unity and cooperation among HR practitioners to help improve the performance and well-being of LGU employees.

Joining the gathering were HRMPPI President Ms. Rowena D. Yambao and Ms. Dyna Marie D. Quimson, Provincial Director II of CSC Field Office Pampanga and adviser of the group.

The LGU extends its appreciation to Ms. Rose Mangiliman, Santa Rita’s HR Officer, and her staff for their efforts in organizing and hosting this event.
