Mayor Reynan S. Calo, together with members of the Sangguniang Bayan, conducted a series of visits to bedridden senior citizens across all 10 barangays of Santa Rita, reaching a total of 114 Ritenians.
The visits were carried out over three days on December 8, 11, and 21, providing assistance in the form of rice, food packs, and financial support to help address the immediate needs of elderly residents and their families.
The activity reflects Bayung Santa Rita’s continuing commitment to care for senior citizens, particularly those in vulnerable conditions, and forms part of the municipality’s ongoing social service efforts this holiday season under Paskong Caloguran.
The Municipality of Santa Rita extends its appreciation to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, headed by Ms. Jacqueline Quiambao, as well as the barangay captains and field staff, for their coordination and support in the successful conduct of the activity.
