This July 17, 2026, Mayor Reynan S. Calo will deliver the 2026 State of the Municipality Address (SOMA), presenting the Municipality’s accomplishments, key initiatives, and the direction of the Bayung Santa Rita administration.
The address will highlight the progress made over the past year, the challenges faced, and the priorities that will continue to shape a stronger and more responsive Santa Rita for every Ritenian.
