The Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) convened to discuss the proposed scheme for the Babaan at Sakayan area surrounding the Santa Rita Public Market in Barangay San Vicente.
Mr. Regan Salvador, Head of the Traffic Management Group, presented the initial concept aimed at improving vehicle flow and commuter safety in one of the busiest areas in town.
The meeting, presided over by Ms. Armee Joyce M. Sumang, OIC–LGOO, reflects Mayor Reynan S. Calo’s priority to address vehicuular movement concerns and promote safer, more organized public spaces in Santa Rita.
Discussions will continue as the LGU works toward a plan that best fits the needs of the public market area.
