One of the cultural highlights during the first 100 days of the Bayung Santa Rita Administration was the selection of Santa Rita’s representative to the Mutya ning Kapampangan 2025.
With the panel led by Mr. Andy Alviz — Sta Rita Culture, Arts, and Tourism Consultant— the screening brought together talented and inspiring Ritenians who showcased beauty, confidence, and Kapampangan pride.
In the end, Ms. Wendy Muldong from Brgy. Becuran was chosen to represent Santa Rita in this year’s pageant — carrying the town’s name with grace and pride.
A milestone that celebrates not only beauty and culture, but also the enduring spirit of the Ritenian community.
