Last Wednesday, Mayor Reynan S. Calo presented the milestone accomplishments of the Bayung Santa Rita Administration’s first 100 days—a period of laying foundations, fulfilling promises, and building momentum toward a more responsive and people-centered governance.

The event gathered representatives from regional and provincial government agencies, along with local officials, sectoral partners, and civic organizations, who have worked hand in hand to turn plans into progress for every Ritenian.

The program opened with an ecumenical prayer led by Rev. Fr. Ramon V. Torres (Roman Catholic Church), Bro. Joey Aliman (Jesus Is Lord Church Santa Rita), and Bro. Romeo Layug (Church of God Members International).

Adding color and spirit to the celebration, ArtiStaRita opened the program with “Kayakanan Kapampangan,” a song highlighting the strength and potential of the youth, reflecting the leadership and vision of Santa Rita’s young mayor.

When Mayor Calo took the stage to present the administration’s First 100 Days Accomplishment Report, the session drew applause after applause as each achievement reflected the administration’s drive to make real, tangible change.

The presentation was followed by the formal turnover of the accomplishment report to Ms. Armee Joyce M. Sumang, OIC–Local Government Operations Officer, DILG of Santa Rita.

In response, Dr. Arceli S. Lopez, Chief School Governance and Operations Division of DepEd Pampanga, delivered an inspiring message, affirming the value of the administration’s efforts in advancing education and community development.

The program concluded with another heartfelt performance from ArtiStaRita, “Kapampangan Ku,” which left the audience inspired and hopeful for what lies ahead.

Luid ya ing Bayung Santa Rita!
