The Pampanga Provincial Veterinary Office, in partnership with the Municipality of Santa Rita and the International Wildlife Coalition Trust (IWCT), successfully conducted a Free Spay and Neuter Program that benefited more than 80 pets in the municipality.
The activity also provided around 60 pet owners with information and guidance on responsible pet ownership, highlighting the importance of proper pet care, animal welfare, and community responsibility.
The Municipal Government of Santa Rita extends its gratitude to the Pampanga Provincial Veterinary Office and IWCT for their support in bringing this valuable program to Ritenians and their beloved pets.
