As part of the Caluguran Week, the Municipal Government of Santa Rita, in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), brings essential civil registry services closer to the community.

Services available:
• BREQS on Wheels
• National ID Registration
• Mobile Civil Registration System (CRS)
– Birth Certificate
– Death Certificate
– Marriage Certificate
– CENOMAR

Important Reminders:
1. Ritenians will be prioritized but we welcome all registrants on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Requirements

• Please bring one VALID ID and photocopy for verification (Philippine National ID or any government issued ID).
• For representatives, don’t forget to bring an authorization letter and a photocopy of the valid IDs of both the owner and the representative.

3. Applicable fees shall apply.
