Seventeen Ritenians completed their technical skills training under the Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II and Driving NC II programs.
The graduates successfully finished the competency-based training designed to enhance their technical knowledge and practical skills, preparing them for employment and livelihood opportunities.
During the graduation program, the trainees expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to undergo the training, sharing that the experience equipped them with additional skills and confidence as they pursue job opportunities.
The graduation forms part of the municipality’s continuing efforts to strengthen workforce readiness and provide accessible skills development programs for Ritenians.
