Faith and devotion filled the streets of Santa Rita during the Martsa para kang Apung Dita held yesterday, May 12, as part of the religious activities of Piyestang Balen 2026.
Residents and devotees joined the procession in honor of Apung Dita, followed by a Holy Mass, reflecting the deep faith and unity of Ritenians during the fiesta celebration.
Carrying this year’s fiesta theme, “Pamagpuge da reng Ritenians kang Apung Dita, Simbulu’t Tetagan ning Bayung Santa Rita,” the activity highlighted the community’s continued devotion and honor to Santa Rita as a symbol, of strength and hope.
May this celebration continue to strengthen our devotion and bring the community together in prayer and thanksgiving.
