A total of 1,020 senior citizens from all 10 barangays of Santa Rita received their third quarter social pension assistance during the two-day payout held on September 15 and 16, 2026.
The payout covered qualified beneficiaries based on the list submitted through the barangay senior citizen federation, as part of the continuing social pension program.
Present during the payout were members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Hon. Romy Valencia, Hon. Kimberly Cosme, Hon. Rico Sta. Cruz, Hon. Roy Galang, Hon. Alex Cruz, Hon. Jessie Pineda, and Hon. Jay Manalo, together with MSWDO Jacqueline Quiambao, OSCA Head Rosario Canlas, FSCAP barangay presidents, and Ms. Maribeth Nucup, PDO I of the DSWD Region III Social Pension Unit.
The Municipal Government of Santa Rita continues to coordinate with DSWD and local partners in facilitating social pension assistance for qualified senior citizens across the Municipality.
